Administration / Reception – Real Estate
Busy Real Estate is seeking a friendly, organised, and motivated Administration / Reception professional to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our office and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Duties will include welcoming clients, answering, and directing phone calls, managing general enquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to both our sales and property management teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional presentation are essential.
While this position is primarily focused on administration and reception duties, there is potential for growth into the Property Management department for the right person who is motivated to grow their career in real estate.
Real estate experience is desirable but not essential. We value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Must live locally
* Willingness to obtain a QLD Registration Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices prior to legally working in the industry (if not already qualified)
* Current QLD Driver’s Licence
Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00am – 5:00pm
