About the Role
This is a key front-line position where you will be the welcoming face of our park, providing high standards of customer service to guests. Your duties will include:
* Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately using our park booking system
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed

Requirements
Please note that this role may involve manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, and squatting. Additionally, you will be required to undergo a Federal Police Clearance and may need to hold a valid Working with Children's Check specific to your state.
