Key Responsibilities
Assist with welcoming and orientating new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community.
Provide professional, timely, and customer-focused service to residents, visitors and contractors.
Build respectful relationships with residents, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Offer accurate information and support on community and aged care services to help direct enquiries appropriately.
Attend resident or committee meetings when required to support communication and engagement.
Administration & Coordination
Maintain accurate resident records in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date information on activities, requests and services.
Respond promptly to resident enquiries via phone and email.
Manage general administrative tasks such as maintenance requests and document preparation.
Compile and distribute monthly newsletters and maintain information packs and resident handbooks.
Manage office supplies and assist with inventory control for the community centre.
Support the coordination and review of resident alert systems and emergency response reports.
Distribute resident communications and correspondence on behalf of management.
