Enterprise Service Management Expert
Australian citizens residing in Australia are invited to apply for this challenging role.
1. At least 2 years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field is required.
2. Demonstrated experience in designing, managing ESM projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, with broad knowledge of different ICT disciplines is expected.
3. Familiarity with enterprise service management platforms (e.g. BMC Remedy, Atlassian Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Cherwell) and related technologies is mandatory.
4. The ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions is essential.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues are necessary.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
2. Relevant certifications in ESM platforms are highly valued.
3. Experience developing data models such as configuration management databases (CMDBs) and experience using IaC (Terraform) and Git (Gitlab) are considered an asset.
4. Experience working in an operational environment within ICT management frameworks such as ITIL is highly desirable.
