WorkPac is currently seeking a reliable Trade Assistant / Workshop Labourer to join our clients drilling services team based in Fremantle.
This is an ongoing opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, supporting trades, and working in a busy workshop environment.

What You Will Be Doing
Assisting tradespeople with assembly, installation, servicing, and repairs
Cleaning, dismantling, inspecting, and reassembling drilling tool components
Preparing drill pieces to company and client specifications ready for dispatch
Supporting workshop operations including tool use, equipment cleaning, and setup
Assisting with quality checks, basic testing, and visual inspections of components
Operating forklifts, lifting equipment, and hand / power tools (training provided if required)
Supporting warehouse functions such as receiving, dispatch, and stock organisation
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work area
Following all safety procedures, site rules, and company policies
General labouring duties as required to support operations
What You Will Need
Current Drivers Licence (mandatory)
Forklift Licence preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
