**About the Role**
You will be part of a dynamic team of employees, maintaining the store visual merchandising while exercising excellent customer service with the aim of achieving a positive impact on the store's performance. This role provides an exciting challenge for someone looking to develop their Visual Merchandising
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the store successfully meets visual merchandising objectives to drive sales and convey the spirit of the brand
- Direct involvement on stock operations and store VM
- Contributes to the overall stock operations
- Execution of weekly promotional signage and ticketing
- Follows all WHS regulation
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing meaningful interactions
- Contributing to the success of the stores targets
- Developing returning customer
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Visual Merchandising background
- Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others to maintain visual standards
- Creative attitude and passion for interior design
- Ability to be mobile in the store and back of house areas
- Multitasking skills
- Availability to create relationship with customers that will lead to customer satisfaction
