About the Role
* This is an entry-level sales position in a dynamic industry with opportunities for growth and development.
* You will be responsible for engaging customers, educating them about our products, and helping them achieve their goals.
* Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding service, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage walk-in guests promptly and warmly to open conversations and make them feel welcome.
2. Educate prospective customers and current owners via calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla's products and answer questions.
3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
4. Contribute to achieving sales and delivery targets by meeting/exceeding KPIs.
5. Execute sales and delivery operations, consistently delivering a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
6. Presentation, selling, and supporting Tesla's ecosystem during delivery and installation.
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership phases.
8. Be the primary contact for customer interactions throughout their purchase experience.
9. Educate customers on purchase and delivery details from initial contact to delivery day.
10. Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
11. Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to customer needs.
12. Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
13. Perform Tesla Direct deliveries when required.
14. Additional responsibilities as needed.

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid driver's license with a clean 2-year driving record.
* Ability to obtain necessary licensing.
