Overview
As Head Gardener, you'll take ownership of gardens and grounds, working with a small team to maintain beauty, order, and functionality. From turf care to irrigation, event prep to preventative maintenance - you'll lead the way.
This is a permanent, live-in role. Private accommodation, all meals, and flights from Perth to the station on commencement are provided. Please note, no animals are permitted.
What You'll Do
Take charge of beautiful, evolving garden landscapes on a world-class outback cattle station.
Manage turf, irrigation, pest control, and planting projects.
Lead a small team and work closely with contractors and management.
Get hands-on with machines, tools, and natural elements.
Bring ideas to life that shape a sustainable, thriving environment.
Support station events and day-to-day operations in a meaningful way.
Adhere to relevant health and safety practices.
Complete additional duties as requested from time to time.

What You'll Bring
A qualification in Horticulture or Landscaping.
Leadership experience in gardening or land-based roles.

A current manual driver's licence (HR licence is a bonus).
A positive, proactive attitude with a love for physical work.
