The locations span from Northside, Southside, Inner City, Camp Hill, Annerley, Ipswich and Logan.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
* Assist with daily living activities and personal care
* Promote independence and community engagement
* Follow individual support plans and guidelines
* Monitor and report on client progress and wellbeing
* Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure holistic support
* Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
* Attend training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Experience with supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities & Complex Mental Health Required
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trauma Informed Care experience preferred
* Previous experience in supporting participants with Mental Health diagnosis essential
* Current first aid and CPR certification
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* A current NDIS Workers Screening Card and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

SCHADS Award - Social & Community Services - Casual Level 2.1
