About the Role
In this role you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with both clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to placement
* Screening applications and conducting interviews (phone, video, or face‑to‑face)
* Completing reference checks and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements
* Maintaining accurate records and candidate documentation
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality industry
About You
You are a self‑starter with a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for people. You bring initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
* Previous experience in recruitment (hospitality experience highly regarded)
* Strong business development experience
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confidence using MS Office and an eagerness to learn new systems
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
