JOB DESCRIPTION

ELMO UAT Template is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Position 2 in the Human Resource department based in Brisbane. This Fixed Term position in the Mining, Oil & Gas industry offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation. - Provide administrative support for HR activities such as onboarding, training, and performance management processes. - Contribute to maintaining accurate employee records and databases. - Support employee relations by addressing employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially. Requirements: - Proven experience or education in Human Resources or a related field. - Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation. - Proficient in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office suite.
