About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients live independently, stay connected with their community, and reach their personal aspirations.
Your day-to-day may include:
* Providing personal care and daily living assistance
* Supporting clients in social, community, and recreational activities
* Assisting with meal preparation, transport, and household tasks
* Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in every interaction
* Following individual support plans and reporting on progress
About You
* A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, flexibility, and a positive "can-do" attitude
* The ability to work independently and within a team
Essential Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable, or willingness to obtain)
* Valid Australian work rights

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
