A leading consultancy in engineering & manufacturing is seeking a skilled HR Generalist contractor to join their team for a confidential three-month assignment located on-site in the Northern Suburbs. You will play a crucial role in the HR function during a period of significant growth.
**The Role**
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies for manufacturing staff recruitment;
- Working closely with senior management on recruitment, contracts, and releases;
- Managing level one and two HR enquires, escalating when required;
- Leading OHS initiatives and administration;
- Managing the HRIS and any ad hoc HR admin;
**About you**:
- Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Understanding of OHS principles (expertise not mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally, experience in manufacturing or related industries;
- Immediately available.
**Additional Details**:
- This is a confidential position due to ongoing organisational changes;
- Initial interviews will be conducted discreetly;
- Pay rate: $50 - $60 an hour including superannuation;
- 4 days onsite, one WFH;
- 3 month temp contract.
