About The Role
Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will be responsible for end to end Service Advising duties, including; greeting and serving service customers, creating book-ins, costing, invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, updating database and paperwork etc. This position will integrate with the workshop through the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
About The Job
* Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walk-ins
* Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
* Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
* Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
* Selling Labour within guidelines
* Being a customer champion
REQUIREMENTS
* Dealership experienced Service Advisors
* Professionals who are motivated and seeking to work with the best
* Full Australian Drivers Licence
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communicators who take ownership and control of the customer
