The Opportunity
The Finance Business Partner provides a specialised level of skills, knowledge and experience derived from a substantial record in the workplace and through acquisition of qualifications. The incumbent delivers the more complex range of functions needed to support a discrete business meet its objectives.
The Finance Business Partner undertakes duties of a more sensitive, novel or critical nature and works under broad direction. A number of complex duties may be undertaken and influence state, regional or local operations.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 4 years' experience in complex organisations within the Corporate or Public sector, including management accounting experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, Executive financial management reporting, financial analysis, undertaking budget variance, comparative financial research and analysis, and applying sound analytical skills to identify financial management issues.
* Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders, building strong relationships, developing and improving financial tools and performance reporting, and implementing successful change management practices
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
