Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing trains and resolving any engineering issues that may arise during the test programme of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
\
\
* Develop the test programme and coordinate the activities, resources, and necessary parties to achieve quality, time, and cost objectives.
\
* Prepare test methods and execute static and track tests of all trainsets in accordance with validation procedures agreed upon in the project.
\
* Analyse test data, create test reports, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
\
* Manage faults and design validation issues raised during the testing phase, collaborating with project experts and contractors in analysis and resolution.
\
* Ensure technical, process, and HSE-related procedures are established and followed thoroughly throughout the entire phase.
\
* Lead a team of Testing Technicians.
\

Required Skills & Qualifications:
\
\
* Possess a tertiary qualification or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
\
* Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing multiple conflicting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
\
* Strong organizational and communication skills, able to translate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
\
* The ability to provide timely, customer-focused specialist engineering advice and support.
\
* Experience with office management software, e.g., MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
\
