Operational Excellence Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused individual to fill the role of Operational Excellence Lead. This key position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of plant and equipment, guaranteeing a safe working environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain mobile and fixed plant to support daily and weekly operational plans, adhering to strict health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Perform mechanical servicing and minor repairs on plant and equipment, utilizing technical expertise to optimize performance.
* Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
* Collaborate with the Pilbara Supervisor to establish and maintain a culture of excellence, prioritizing employee well-being and promoting a positive work environment.
* Promote adherence to Life Saving Rules, leading by example in demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operational or team-based role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment, with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
