Job Description
* Provide executive assistance to senior management, including diary and email management.
* Oversee and coordinate shared services functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
* Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for key personnel.
* Assist with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Support internal communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience managing administrative or shared services teams, preferably in a multi-site environment.
* Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted liaison for senior leadership.
* Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and customer service excellence.
* Proficiency in office management systems and tools.
