About The Role
As the Programs Coordinator, reporting to the Superintendent Training & Compliance - Australia, you will work collaboratively with support functions from the Thiess Training Team to plan and coordinate various programs
**The primary functions of this role**:
This role is suited to someone who enjoys a varied workday, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a rewarding and engaging role within a supportive team
Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective training strategies and initiatives
Provide provision to the Thiess Training team with assistance to the implementation of Divisional Operation System (DOS) and support programs
Creating reports, presentations and proposals and assisting with internal audits
About You
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or partial completion)
A minimum of 2 years' experience as Training/Program Coordinator
A growth mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem solving
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills and experience
The desire to make a difference and add significant value to the business
