This role partners closely with senior leadership, Learning & Development, and external stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline and elevate RSM's employer brand in the early careers space.This role can be undertaken in any of our metro offices - Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, BrisbaneKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategy & LeadershipDesign and implement national early careers strategies aligned with business needs.Advise senior leaders on market trends, talent insights, and recruitment best practices.Lead the development and evolution of early identification programs and initiatives.Employer Branding & EngagementAssist with social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to attract Gen Z talent.Represent RSM at networking events, and award programs (e.g., AFR Top 100).
Talent Acquisition & AnalyticsOversee end-to-end recruitment for graduate and undergraduate programs.Manage the application process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with the analytics team to develop predictive success profiles.Report on key metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.Track participant progress, retention rates, and key performance indicators to demonstrate outcomes and inform continuous improvement.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on program metrics, trends, and recommendations.Stakeholder ManagementEngage with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs and workforce planning.Partner with L&D to deliver and enhance the "My Grad Journey" (MGJ) program.Manage external platforms and relationships tools such as GradConnection and Fusion.Assessment & DevelopmentLead the design and delivery of assessment centres with support from Fusion and P&C Team.Support with the Grad "Keeping in Touch" program.Explore and implement internship opportunities and develop a program across the firm.Work with L&D to develop initiatives across all early careers' levels.Essential skills/ experience needed to be successful in the role:5+ years in early careers, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., WorkDay) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
