We are a boutique law firm with offices in Warragul and Traralgon, specialising in Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Wills & Estate Planning, and Commercial Debt Recovery.
We are seeking a full-time junior or senior Lawyer to join our team.
The position seeks your expertise in property and litigation, with a view to development in commercial law, trusts and estates law.
Preferably, applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, or junior lawyer looking to establish themselves in these areas
* A high level of attention to detail
* Demonstrated time-management and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Effective client relationship and business development skills
* Ability to work autonomously as well as in collaboration with the firm's litigation and property teams
* Strong negotiation and mediation skills
* Familiarity with LEAP Legal software and Microsoft Suite is an advantage.
Salary package is commensurate with experience.
