About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a growing IT department within the finance industry to conduct the design, development, and maintenance of innovative Power Platform solutions. As a Power Platform Developer, you will participate in a hands‐on role to deliver Business & Enabling Solutions that meet complex organizational needs. You will be responsible for evaluating system program needs and identifying inefficiencies to ensure the technical environment remains high‐performing and scalable.
Key Criteria
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Portals/Pages, and Canvas & Model Driven apps.
* Practical experience utilizing JavaScript.
* Previous experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
* Exceptional troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an IT leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Create and customize canvas and model‐driven Power Apps to meet identified business needs.
* Develop and maintain Power Page portals.
* Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
* Design and implement data models, connectors, and integrations with external systems.
* Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Research, consult, analyze, and evaluate business and system program needs.
* Identify limitations and inefficiencies in existing systems, processes, and methods.
* Test, debug, diagnose, and resolve issues within applications to ensure performance meets specifications.
* Write, maintain, and update program code, technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
* Offer expert advice and contribute to proposals for software design, including financial evaluations and recommendations for upgrades.
* Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments, best practices, and emerging trends.
