**The Opportunity**
Our client is looking to bolster an extensive technology platform upgrade and transformation project with an experienced OCM.
The ERP project is already established and progressing well and sits within a larger program of transformation work. The Program team are well established and able to provide the necessary support and guidance for anyone new joining the projects.
**The Role**
The Organisational Change Manager will work closely with the Program Change Manager to develop and implement the program change plan and sub-plans including, stakeholder engagement plan, communications plan, training plan and transition plan. You will also:
- Conduct early impact assessments for inputs for into business case, including identification of success criteria, high-level impacts and risks and stakeholder analysis.
- Manage impacted stakeholder groups across the project providing visibility of dependencies and change impacts and interventions specific to each module release
- Develop and oversee the implementation of tailored stakeholder change plans setting out approach to communications and engagement, local impact assessments, relevant change interventions, including familiarisation and training, change metrics, stakeholder change risks and transition to support model.
- Supporting development of communications relevant to project change initiatives.
- Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
- Measuring performance against success metrics.
- Providing reporting and other updates to the project and program teams as required
- The role is based in the Brisbane's Southern Suburbs. Whilst Hybrid working is in place, they'll be an expectation of a number of days per week in the office, particularly to ensure strong and regular stakeholder engagement.
**About You**
- Ideally you'll have at least 5 years experience in Change Management within a large/complex operating environment and be comfortable with managing stakeholders at all levels.
- You'll be someone who is able to bounce between the more strategic and top level drivers for the project but be equally comfortable to be hands on and operate beyond at a practical level.
- In particular, solid experience working on digital transformation and ERP style projects will be highly regarded.
- Certifications in change management from a recognised body such as Prosci, APM or the Change Management Institute will be highly regarded.
- Practical experience on at least one implementation team for a complex and enterprise-wide system or similar significant transformation project that spans technology, service, process and people with a demonstrated record of achievement in planning and managing the development, implementation and delivery of change within tight time frames.
- You'll ideally be available to commence quickly within the next 2-3 weeks.
