Factory Supervisor / Production Manager Location: Albury | Full-time Our building products manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor / Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality and keep production running efficiently and on schedule. You’ll oversee production staff, manage workflows and labour, and ensure high standards across safety, quality and operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Leading and supervising factory production staff Managing production schedules, labour and output targets Driving safety, quality control and continuous improvement Coaching, training and performance management of staff Overseeing plant, equipment and housekeeping standards About you: 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or construction supervision Strong people leadership and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence Current NSW Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence If you’re a practical leader who enjoys responsibility and wants to make a real impact in a busy production environment, we’d love to hear from you.
