**We're looking for an Administration Superstar. Is that you?**

You will be a part of the glue of a small team, working closely with almost everyone in the business, in Perth, Melbourne and Queensland.

Your area of responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

- Managing the debtors' ledger consisting of 250 customers.
- Processing/reconciling/allocating daily cash receipts.
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Building and maintaining relationships to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing the recovery of any overdue accounts.
- Assisting customers with general and account queries.
- Being part of a team where we all support one another.

**About us**:
Central Purchasing Services (CPS) is located in Applecross and is a focused, member owned buying group in building, rural, hardware and industrial supplies. We provide a desk-top purchasing service for our members, and we are now celebrating our 43rd year in business. We are looking for a friendly, professional person who can work in a high-volume environment with great accuracy.

**About you**:

- A friendly disposition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and forever the person that people enjoy speaking to and trust.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a range of accounts positions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar, and strength in Microsoft Excel.
- A whiz at reconciliations.
- Scrupulous attention to detail ensures a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent judgement and an ability to learn quickly.
- Easily adapts to changes in processes and systems.
- Works independently and as part of a team.
- Easily manages a high-volume transactional environment.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Accounts receivable and payable: 3 years (required)
