About the role:
The Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit. The role includes providing clinical and strategic leadership, monitoring and improving patient care quality, and ensuring risk minimisation. The Clinical Director leads strategic planning for the department, covering clinical, educational, and operational aspects.
What we are looking for:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Medical Practitioner
* Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists or equivalent
* Enrolment and ongoing participation in a professional development program
* Extensive clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
* Experience in clinical leadership, management, safety culture, and academic excellence
