Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, making a lasting impression on our clients. You will utilize your administrative expertise to efficiently manage inquiries and provide valuable support to your colleagues.

The ideal candidate will excel in time management and organizational skills, effectively balancing daily tasks with ease. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and experience handling phone queries and customer relationship management systems are highly valued.

As the first point of contact for all site visitors, you will possess a professional and friendly demeanor, navigating diverse interactions with poise and composure.

Teamwork is paramount in this role, as we work collaboratively to assist customers in achieving quality employment outcomes.



Requirements

* Administration Skills: Excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy are essential for success in this role.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
* Experience: Proven experience in busy reception or front-of-house roles, managing diverse client interactions.
* Calm Approach: Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with challenging situations.
* Diversity: Experience working with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups.
