Classic Meats Adelaide supplies portion control and all processed meat requirements to our network of foodservice distribution facilities that supply to hotels, restaurants, clubs and institutions across South Australia. This role will be fulltime, Monday to Friday with NO weekend work!

Duties
* Prepare, portion cut and pack fresh meat
* Ensure customer requirements are met
* Maintain product integrity and time constraints
* Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to OH&S
* Moving between chilled and frozen zones
* Keeping your area clean, organised and safe
Skills and Experience
* Meat experience preferred
* Experience with high‐volume cutting
* A sound knowledge of stock control procedures
* Excellent people skills and communication
* Ability to work under pressure
* Precision and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)
