The Position:
* Support the day to day management of the commercial portfolio
* General administration of all leases, processing invoices, receipting rental payments
* Work with Trust Account Manager to understand accounting side of PM
* Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants
* Reviewing lease renewals and rental increases
Skills & Experience you will need:
* Commercial Experience looked on favourably but not essential
* Strong communication (verbal & written), professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Driven, hungry and proactive
* Valid Certificate of Registration
* Valid Driver's Licence
