We’re looking for an experienced Install & Repairs Lead to join our North Geelong workshop. We’re after someone who brings real expertise to the bench and makes everyone around them better. You won’t be managing a team on paper, but your knowledge, quality standards and ownership mindset will set the tone every single day. The Role You’ll be the go-to for install and repair across our full range of vehicle storage products and accessories. Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse team, you’ll bring troubleshooting expertise, share your knowledge with the crew, and make sure every job coming out of the workshop is done right. Day to day, you’ll be: Leading and supporting installs on customer vehicles Carrying out and overseeing repair work Making sure every job meets our quality and safety standards Training and guiding team members Working with customers and suppliers to keep things running smoothly Playing a key role in keeping the workshop operating efficiently every day Who We’re Looking For We want someone with serious hands-on experience who takes ownership of their work and raises the standard of everyone around them. You lead by doing, not by title. You’re the right fit if you: Have strong experience in vehicle accessory installation, service or repair Have the communication and leadership skills to guide and train a team Are a natural problem solver who works with initiative Thrive in a team environment while taking full ownership of your work Hold a Manual Driver’s Licence ( required ) Have a forklift licence and experience with 12V electrics (highly regarded) And just as important, you live these values: Customer First You make every customer feel important, internal and external.
