HR Business Partner – Lismore
Our client, a well-regarded organisation in the not-for-profit sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join their team in Lismore. This role is a key advisor to leaders across the organisation, providing strategic and operational HR support to help shape workforce capability, culture, and engagement.
About the role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will:
* Partner with leaders to deliver on workforce planning, performance, and development initiatives
* Provide advice on employee relations, policy, and compliance matters
* Support organisational change projects and drive HR best practice
* Contribute to building a positive, people-focused culture
About you:
You are an experienced HR professional with strong partnering skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation. With a sound understanding of HR legislation and frameworks, you are confident in navigating complex workforce issues. Your collaborative approach and commitment to people and culture make you a strong advocate for both staff and organisational goals.
Ideally, you will bring:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar role)
* Strong knowledge of HR legislation and employment relations
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
* A values-driven mindset aligned with the not-for-profit sector
