What you'll be doing
This is a field-based and remote Level 2 Technical Support position providing support to a range of clients. You will deliver high-quality IT services including troubleshooting, diagnostics, installations, and escalation support.
* You will be responsible for addressing incidents providing online, telephone and hands-on technical support, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple locations and as part of our IT helpdesk team when required
* Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
* Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues across Windows environments
* Conduct installations, system upgrades, and hardware rollouts
* Work closely with Level 3 engineers for complex escalations
* Deliver clear, professional communication to clients at all levels
* Accurately document issues, fixes, and infrastructure changes as required
What we're looking for
You will be ideally suited if you are a professionally minded person with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Level 2 IT support or field technician role. You will also be:
* Skilled with Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
* Proficient in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Carry a current Australian driver's license
* Have experience of working autonomously and managing competing priorities
* Evidenced experience of providing IT support to real estate businesses will be highly regarded.
