Senior Civil Engineer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Darwin. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead civil design projects, including roads infrastructure, subdivisions, and remote community facilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design and documentation, with experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Civil design and project management across a range of projects
* Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration, and quality audits
* Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
* Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures
* Managing clients and other consultants
* Assisting with project management and business development
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
* Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation
* Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and Territory requirements
* Eligibility to obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as possible
* Defence baseline security clearance
