* Previous leadership experience (Supervisor or 2IC).
* Strong love for fashion, wellness, and premium products.
* Confident communication and people management skills.
* Proven track record of driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and store performance.
* Excellent organisational, time management & operational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm and can-do attitude.
* Flexible roster including Sundays and Thursdays.
