Role Summary:
Senior Marketing Coordinator
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver marketing content, collateral, campaigns, and projects. Key aspects of this role include managing branded collateral and content across all channels, supporting the marketing function through efficient coordination and agile methodologies.
* Manage branded collateral and content across all channels, ensuring alignment with legislation, policies, values, and codes of practice.
* Coordinate traffic management, production, collateral, content, and campaign activities to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Service Helpdesk Management: Manage the marketing service helpdesk function and triage collateral/content requests according to brand guidelines and policies.
* Marketing Coordination and Project Support: Provide high-level coordination and project support to ensure timely stakeholder deliverables.
* Digital Asset Library Management: Oversee TSA's digital asset library, including images, videos, stories, and branding assets.
* Departmental Reporting and Analytics: Measure, analyze, and evaluate marketing communications performance.
* Stakeholder and Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects.
Requirements:
* Professional Qualifications: Tertiary degree in marketing/communications (or related discipline).
* Skills and Knowledge Required: At least 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role with responsibility for collateral and content development and project coordination across various channels in large and complex organisations.
