This role will oversee the retail field and visual merchandising field teams, ensuring retail store operations and visual standards in-store are flawlessly executed, delivering a consistent and engaging customer experience that maximizes customer conversion and profitability for the retail business. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience within a retail environment or working in a high sales turnover retail business, with a strong industry and operational understanding. They will be able to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure all locations are leveraging best-practice to drive sales, conversion and profitability. A proven track record in senior leadership roles is essential, with experience in strategy development and implementation, finance management, retail operations and customer experience.
