What's on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our Structures team delivering bridge construction, and maintenance works. Based in Bunbury we are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to be responsible for delivering various bridge works packages including, bridge demolition, construction of new structures, bridge refurbishment and strengthening, culvert construction, associated roadworks, and drainage improvements.

Your Contribution

* Implementation of quality assurance procedures, manuals, and checklists.
* Preparation of budgets and quotes and monitoring of project costs.
* Preparation, updating and managing works projects.
* Identify and advise on all contractual and commercial claims related to works.
* Oversee quality assurance and safety on-site and directly manage small to medium civil construction projects.
* Managing internal/external crews to ensure works delivery is on time and to budget.

Let's Connect

* A bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil) or equivalent tertiary qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in bridge and/or road construction.
* Available to work away from home when required.
* Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
* Effective communication skills and a practical hands-on approach.
* A commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

A valid drivers' licence will be required together with the ability to travel state-wide as per project scope of works.
