***ABOUT THE ROLE**
The primary purpose of the role is to prevent psychosocial and physical injury and ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of Momentum employees and volunteers. You will build effective relationships with the Executive team, managers, employees and key stakeholders providing high quality business partnering services, expert advice, coaching and continuous improvement strategies on specific issues relating to legislative requirements, policies and procedures, HSW systems, occupational health and safety, wellbeing matters, rehabilitation and return to work, incident management and risk management.

Criteria:
- Tertiary degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology or other related field and/or equivalent experience in a similar industry. 
- Current unencumbered Driver's Licence 
- NDIS Worker Screening Check 
- Working with Children check (NSW 
- 3 years minimum experience in managing or supporting claims associated with workplace injuries, rehabilitation or similar. 
- Understanding of the end-to-end work injury claims process 
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety Work policies and procedures, practices, legislative compliance, occupational health, workplace safety, incident reporting, wellbeing management, return to work and rehabilitation practices, and occupational risk management.
