Maxima, in partnership with the City of Salisbury, are looking for a committed outdoor enthusiast to undertake an entry-level civil construction apprenticeship.
This opportunity is available as a standard full-time role, or as school-based. Gain a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations, **all training paid for and industry experience.
Join a friendly and experienced team and learn all aspects of the building and construction industry to help make a positive change to the infrastructure in your local community.

**Duties Include**:
- Site preparation and excavation
- Level base and surface materials
- Lay water pipes and drainage structures
- Install safety barriers and traffic management
- Operate plant machinery and use power tools
- Read construction blueprints
- Liaise with site supervisors and labourers
**About You**:
- Thrive working outdoors
- Has a can-do attitude, displaying initiative
- Strong track record of being punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Physically fit and able to move repetitively
- Strong verbal communication skills
**Role Requirements**:
- Provisional or c-class driver's licence with reliable vehicle
- Any labouring or industry experience (desirable)
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
- Physically fit and healthy due to manual labour work
