We are seeking an exceptional Retail Operations Supervisor to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a permanent part-time role that requires a high level of customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining store displays, and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Supervision of volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive store atmosphere.
* Development of visual merchandising displays and recommendations for sales promotions.
* Maintenance of accurate records, including sales data, volunteer hours, and inventory management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion for retail and customer service with demonstrated supervisor experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, volunteers, and customers.
* Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
