Responsibilities
* Spend time with residents and engage in board games to promote social interaction and well-being.
* Provide companionship and support, contributing to a positive and fun environment.
* Adapt activities to residents' interests and abilities, encouraging participation and enjoyment.
Qualifications
* No formal qualifications required; willingness to volunteer and engage with residents.
* Training provided: online Infection Control, NDIS Worker Orientation and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards; orientation at site prior to commencement and additional training as required.
Time Commitment
* Regular commitment – more than 6 months.
* Flexible hours on weekdays and weekends with a minimum commitment of six months.

* Site orientation prior to commencement and any required follow-up training.
