Job Description
As a Digital Workplace Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to clients. This involves working closely with clients at various levels, as well as internal subject matter experts, to create the best solution design. Your primary objective will be to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions and services while establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Client relationship building and ownership within assigned accounts.
* Managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions and services.
* Client solution penetration and education, account monitoring and portfolio reporting, and issue resolution ownership.
* Leading business conversations at C-level and becoming the reliable point of contact to strengthen relationships.
* Acting as a client and industry expert to gain insights into client's urgent business problems or opportunities.
* Collaborating with extended sales teams to successfully position the solution and see the opportunity through to closure.
* Partnering with internal teams to ensure scope of work and proposals are tracked, managed, and delivered on time.
* Working closely with other in-territory counterparts and matrix teams to achieve shared growth goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive sales experience in a technology or services environment.
* Proven track record of sales overachievement in solution-based selling.
* Demonstrable prior experience in selling complex collaboration solutions and services to C-Level clients.
* Ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively to meet targets and objectives.
* Strong networking skills with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise.
* Demonstrated experience in developing meaningful customer relationships up to C-level, particularly CFOs and CTOs.
* Ability to deliver engaging and effective sales presentations.
* Knowledge of competitors and ability to apply successful sales strategies.
* Demonstrated experience in defining sales strategy.
* A client-centric approach, able to understand customer problems and find best-fit solutions.
