About the Role You will provide support to the brokerage team while assisting with the management and servicing of client insurance portfolios. This role offers broad exposure across client service, policy administration, insurer liaison, and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the management and servicing of client insurance portfolios Managing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy amendments Preparing quotations, insurance documentation, and client correspondence Liaising with insurers and clients to obtain information and facilitate outcomes Responding to client enquiries via phone and email Maintaining accurate client records and policy information Supporting compliance and administrative requirements Assisting with client retention and relationship management Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders The Applicant You are professional, organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
