We are currently seeking two experienced Change Managers to join our EPMO
Reporting to the Strategic Change Team and Delivery Lead, these roles will lead complex, enterprise‐wide change and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, adoption and long‐term sustainability of change across Goodstart.
Our Role
As a Change Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple, complex initiatives aligned with Goodstart's enterprise priorities and transformation agenda. Working in partnership with senior leaders, program teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure changes are well defined, carefully planned, effectively implemented and embedded into the organisation.
These roles operate across programs, portfolios and enterprise‐level transformations, applying advanced change methodologies (including ADKAR, Prosci and Kotter) to anticipate risk, maximise value and drive sustainable behavioural and cultural change.
Your Impact
* Design and lead enterprise and multi‐project change strategies aligned to organisational goals and business benefits
* Partner with senior leaders to influence decision‐making and embed change considerations early in strategy and delivery
* Conduct complex change impact, readiness and risk assessments across multiple business areas
* Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that drive understanding, alignment and commitment
* Coach leaders to effectively sponsor and champion change and manage resistance
* Lead adoption, capability uplift and behavioural change across programs and workstreams
* Monitor adoption metrics and benefits realisation to ensure change is sustained
* Embed centre‐led principles, ensuring centre voice and experience are reflected throughout initiatives
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, child‐safe and organisational requirements

* Demonstrated experience leading multiple large‐scale, complex change initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship‐building capabilities
* The ability to manage competing priorities in fast‐paced, matrixed environments
* Solid business acumen with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
* A results‐focused mindset with the ability to define direction and drive shared outcomes
* Experience working with multi‐disciplinary project and delivery teams
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
