About the Role
* Coordinate logistics activities for specialty mining chemicals throughout the Australia-Pacific region.
* Manage road and rail distribution, including bookings for rail movements; schedule orders for dispatch via rail or road; plan empty container collections; and manage miscellaneous movements.
* Accurately complete required ERP processes and transactions related to transport and inventory tasks.
* Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to plan movements and mitigate supply chain challenges.
* Prepare accurate transport documentation efficiently.
* Provide operational support to peers and the Specialist Warehouse and Distribution team.
* Support inventory control activity across multiple storage locations.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
