About the role
In this busy and varied role, you'll keep the Aged Care Services team running smoothly by coordinating day-to-day administrative systems, handling enquiries, supporting client intake processes, and maintaining accurate records and data.
You'll build strong working relationships with staff, clients and external partners, while supporting team activities, appointments, reporting, and communication. No two days look the same—your ability to stay organised, proactive and solutions-focused will make a meaningful difference to how our services operate.
About you
You're a natural organiser with strong attention to detail, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed. You work well independently, communicate confidently, and adapt easily to changing priorities. You will also possess:
* Experience in an Administrative role, with confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
* A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering great customer service
* Cert II in Administration or similar (desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A current Driver's License
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
