About the Role
As the Domain Architect for Replenishment & Forecasting, you will define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for the domain. Your responsibilities include:
* Aligning strategic goals with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives.
* Translating strategic goals into target and transitional state architectures while identifying risks, opportunities and technical debt.
* Collaborating with cross‐functional teams—product, engineering, QA, operations, and DevOps—to ensure architectural integrity and scalability.
* Representing the domain in enterprise‐wide planning and governance forums.
* Driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
* Leading large‐scale transformation initiatives such as cloud migration and legacy modernization.
* Contributing to architectural governance and agile delivery practices.
About You And Your Skills
* 10+ years in technology architecture roles, including experience as a lead or enterprise architect in complex, enterprise environments.
* Proven experience defining domain or enterprise‐level architecture strategies and roadmaps and aligning them to business priorities and enterprise goals.
* Experience leading delivery of large‐scale transformation initiatives, including legacy modernisation, platform consolidation and cloud migration.
* Demonstrated experience in influencing and implementing strategic planning and organisational structures.
* Strong leadership in architectural governance, design authority and standards definition within agile delivery environments.
* Extensive experience designing scalable, secure and integrated platforms across multiple technologies and architectural styles (e.g. microservices, event‐driven, cloud‐native).
* Strong track record of influencing senior technology and business stakeholders and driving consensus across competing priorities.
* Proven ability to work in federated or matrixed architectural environments, collaborating effectively across domain and enterprise boundaries.
* Demonstrated impact in optimising cost, risk and value outcomes through architectural decision making.
* Deep expertise in architecture frameworks and practices such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar (formal certification is advantageous).
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS integration, enterprise integration, data flows, API management and security architecture.
* Solid knowledge of data architecture and governance principles, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
* Excellent systems thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex technology landscapes and design fit‐for‐purpose solutions.
* Highly effective communicator, able to convey architectural vision to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Skilled at navigating ambiguity, balancing long‐term architectural vision with immediate delivery needs and mentoring others in applying architectural practice.
