Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across the corporate, commercial, and healthcare sectors
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective business outreach and engagement
* Proactively approach businesses and decision-makers to uncover upcoming fitout needs, including outbound calls and direct outreach
* Engage with key stakeholders, including CEOs, practice managers, consultants, landlords, and asset managers
* Understand client needs and collaborate with our design team to offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations
* Conduct market research to identify trends and strategic opportunities
* Monitor prospect engagement through our CRM and contribute to a well-managed sales funnel
