Responsibilities Ensure personal and team compliance with COOK values, quality system procedures, policies and relevant medical device standards and regulations.Schedule production work and monitor and report on process performance.Communicate clear job expectations; plan, monitor and appraise job resultsIdentify training and/or development needs within the departmentMaintain specification documents to ensure current work practicesEstablish process quality goals, monitor results and help identify and implement improvements.Establish delivery performance goals, monitor results and help identify and implement improvements.
