This role involves leading a team, conducting monthly quality assurance reviews, performing daily quality checks, and providing guidance, training, and support to team members.You will also be tasked with identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to boost overall efficiency. The role requires optimizing workflows and ensuring SLA targets are met consistently.
